Delivery policy
We will make every effort to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. In most cases we will dispatch orders within 76 hours of order receipt. We will contact you if this is not possible and advise of expected delivery date.
Delivery of the order will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place your order.
If, your order is not delivered safely within a reasonable number of days of you receiving notification of dispatch, you should contact us. Please check your order when received for any damage or missing items.
In the case of non-delivery, if either Alpha Clinics or our courier is at fault, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or re-delivery. All non-hearing aid orders will be delivered by on a next day basis excluding weekends and bank holidays.
